One of my favorite scrapbook products to work with is die-cuts. They are inexpensive, available in almost every theme and by every company, and each package usually has a good variety of shapes and designs.
My personal favorite brand for die-cuts is K & Company, so I was really excited to work with there new Valentine’s package. I have used the die-cuts lots of times, and love how much comes in that package. Everything also coordinates with their paper lines and other products. I picked these up at Target, but you can find a large selection of K & Company products and TwoPeasInABucket.com and Scrapbook.com. I was able to finish 2 layouts and 3 cards, and still had a ton of pieces left for other things.
The first thing I noticed was the “Sweet Thing” title and all the candy and hearts. We recently had heart shaped cookies at the mall, and these were perfect for the page.
Supplies Used:
Martha Stewart Punch and Journaling Spot
Target $1 Spot Patterned paper
I also noticed that there were lots of other title die cuts that would be perfect for a page about my daughter and her best friend. I wanted a little bit of sparkle on the pieces to match my glitter paper, so added glitter glue once they were in place for a little bling.
Supplies Used:
K &Company Die-Cuts and Stickers
Studio G and Stickles Glitter Glue
Martha Stewart Punches and Pens
Target $1 Spot Patterned paper
Making Memories Alphabet Stickers
Usually before I pack up my scrapbook stuff, I am in the habit of making cards with the scraps. I was able to make 2 Valentines cards and a birthday card with my leftovers from the above layouts.
Supplies Used:

Studio G and Stickles Glitter Glue
Studio G Card

I am excited to see what else I can come up with using the rest of the die-cuts as well as other collections from K & Company’s new releases.
