Papercrafting with Ribbon

If you’re looking for an affordable yet versatile way to embellish your layouts, consider creating a scrapbook with ribbon. I love using ribbon on my scrapbook pages. It is a fun and fancy way of adding a bit of texture to my pages. There are so many possibilities when using ribbon that I will just show you a few different things you can do.
On this next page, I placed the ribbon and fibers on the lines of the patterned paper to give it a bit of dimension.
Finally on this last example, I used some ribbon to make flowers.
Those are just a few examples of how I use ribbon. Yet there are many many more ways to use ribbon and fibers. What are some of your favorite ways to use ribbon?

Ana you did an amazon job on all your layouts. I love how you used the ribbon as your pattern paper on the second layout and your wedding layout is just simply gorgeous the ribbon flower add an elegant touch. Great job!!

I love all 3 layouts…but the “Puppy Shirt” is my favorite! The ribbon on the patterned paper really makes the whole page pop! Love the colors too! Great job Ana!!

I love using ribbon but had never used it on top of pattened paper as you did on that middle LO! WOW, very nice!
LOVE the ribbon flowers. I always save the ribbons off flowers my husband brings home and am never sure how to incorporate them into my scrapbook…I am definitely going to make some ribbon flowers for my next layout with the ribbons from various bouquets!
